| 1384272 | 2014-09-19 02:51:00 | Java seems not be installed/enabled on Firefox 32.0.2 and IE 11, but it works OK on Chrome. I've found this out by trying to run Pingtest, which requires Java. I'm assuming I've blocked/disabled it somehow, but I can't see anything in either browser that tells me this. Any ideas? |

| 1384275 | 2014-09-19 04:35:00 | Chrome must be 64 bit then. Firefox and IE must be 32 bit. You have to download the 32 bit version. Java 64 bit doesnt include / install the 32 bit version. It's separate | Speedy Gonzales (78) | ||

It's separateThanks Speedy - you hit the spot. It took a lot of faffing around but after uninstalling Java everywhere I managed to get all the right versions installed and it all seems to be working now. Pingtest on IE still tells me Java isn't installed, but then goes ahead and does the test successfully anyway. | Tony (4941) | ||
