| 349484 | 2005-04-27 23:23:00 | Hi, I am looking for some detailed feedback on the Linksys WAG54G ADSL router. I am looking to install wireless ADSL at home and the Linksys router seems to provide good security/features at a good price. Having read some horror stories, I would appreciate feedback from current/former users on how they found this. Incidentally I am planning on xtra broadband (in case it is relevant). |

| 349485 | 2005-04-27 23:36:00 | The Australian Whirlpool DSL Hardware Forum seems full of people moaning about early versions. Now that Aus is moving to the ADSL2 version, make sure you don't get stuck with their old stock. http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/ | PaulD (232) | ||

Ascent Technology are advertising their WAG54G as te ADSL2 version which seems to have most of the bugs on the earlier model sorted out. |

| 349487 | 2005-04-28 09:48:00 | I have used the WAG54G for 12 months. Have the original firmware and have only changed a couple of the wireless settings. The only thing that annoys is sometimes the wireless stops and I have to restart the router. which is not often. | berryb (99) | ||
