| 349600 | 2005-04-28 04:31:00 | This is what I recommend: Ad-Aware - to scan Spybot - to scan Spyware Blaster - to block Zone ALarm - to block Mozilla or Firefox/Thunderbird for email/browser> Then (not relating to spyware) clear out all the unnecessary things loading in your startup, it slows it down and you don't need them to boot along with WIndows. Clear out your temp folders regularly. |
