| 350589 | 2005-04-30 02:01:00 | Hi Seems like 50% of the time, I have no sound, warnings etc. after start up. Re-start seems to fix it. WinXP SP2 Home, Office pro 2k, in Warehouse Dell. Ad-Aware SE, SpyBot S&D, Registry Mechanic, Norton works and ccleaner, all up to date and run. Anything simple I can look at? (Not a Tweeker me) Thanks for any help Don Should have said, I shut down every night. |

| 350590 | 2005-04-30 03:42:00 | I would find the soundcard drivers and reinstall them. I wouldnt use registry mechanic too much. Some programs like that can delete drivers windows needs. |

| 350592 | 2005-04-30 08:45:00 | Check device manager Don . See if anything has an X or similar beside it . It sounds like some kind of conflict, if it goes on and off . . . Or try playing around with the sound and audio device settings . Something may have to be ticked for it to work properly |
