| 350379 | 2005-04-29 13:59:00 | My pc lives under my table and it is pretty easy to put cds in without looking but I can never find the bloody eject button without turning on the torch..lol. Can anyone tell me if it is possible to make an icon to click on to eject the tray. I know I can right click on the cd icon but I'd like something I can do with a single or double click if possible. Thanks for reading. Newteach. |

I don't use XP myself, but you should be able to assign both open and close keys. Start here, (support.microsoft.com) use the serach if you don't find it. I'm amazed it's not more easy to find. You could also try making a command linked to a shortcut or hot keys and there are untilities on the net, some free (be wary of gifts), but jeez you'd think it would be common. |
