351666 2005-05-03 05:17:00 I have been trying to access book club order forms on scholastic.co.nz and keep getting a message to say that "cannot load /fp5autl.dll". I'm running Win ME on a PIII 733 mHz PC and haven't struck this on any other website. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks. Alison (2911)

Is some version of Office installed?

351668 2005-05-03 05:50:00 Not surprised you have not had this problem on other websites as the order forms are Microsoft Excel files .xls

Have you been able to access them before or is this the first time.

I suggest going to http://www.scholastic.co.nz/ for an example of how not to design a website.

Click on the Trade link on the left and then any of the 4 images
They are then downloaded as a large PDF file

Go back to the main site and click on Publishing link on the left
Then select any of the authors - the info is downloaded as a doc file

I can't believe schools and teachers put up with such nonsense.

351671 2005-05-03 06:58:00 There are people who don't use Microsoft Word? :@@: And Excel? :horrified

Didn't see a "Best viewed with Microsoft Internet Explorer" logo ... But their teacher's notes are all .doc files too.
