| 351326 | 2005-05-02 04:41:00 | We have a Deskjet 970Cxi. Have downloaded all the lastest drivers. The printer can hold and black and a colored cartridge. I only have / want a black one in here at the moment but the Ink light is flashing and the printer will not print, saying there is a problem with the colour cartridge .. | 351330 | 2005-05-02 10:14:00 | Friend has the same problem. No good putting in an empty colour one as the printer will complain! And if you do put in a colour one its ink will slowly disappear as the cleaning cycle does all carts!! You would think they could have a "Black Only" switch somewhere. |
