I installed new DVD-CD RW Drive and after making some jumper corrections after PC failed to start 3 times(I eventually had to change other CD Drive a slave from master and the new one as master)Having managed this I found there was no sound from my speakers and the hardware wizard kept appearing to ask to install multimedia audio controller files. I tried installing original SB disc files, it extracted but would not install. It said that SoundBlaster hardware was not detected? Advice anyone? Pete |
