| 351725 | 2005-05-03 09:35:00 | Hi. I've been trying to send a screenshot. I press "printscreen" when I'm at the desktop I open MSPaint I go Edit/Paste Up it pops (with a message about it being too big but from the info on Sal's site I choose "Yes" to open it up. "No" doesn't work either.) Then (and this is the prob) when I go File/Save or Save as, I get a box comes up and "save as file type" only has options for bitmaps and gifs? I tried naming the file and then putting ".jpg" after it but of course it's still saved as a bitmap which is too big. *sigh* Tried a dozen times last night until I had pulled all my hair out and went to bed. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? TIA........m |

| 351726 | 2005-05-03 09:37:00 | Try going file save as from paint and then change it to JPEG from there :thumbs: Edit: Just read your post properly try pasting it into program like IrfanView found here (http://www.irfanview.com/) and save it as a JPEG from there |
