| 351733 | 2005-05-03 07:33:00 | This is worth settting your VCR / DVDR to record: TV1 Thursday early morning (Wednesday night) 1.30 AM, ½ hour, BBC's Click Online features: Broadband & super high speed internet, e.g. 20 Mb (megabits, I believe) per second in France and soon to be: 70 to 100 Mb/s. Pros and cons (yes, there are drawbacks or at least things to be aware of). A huuuuge screen used for live theatre and rock concerts. Specs: 104 tonnes 5.5 million LEDs 34 by 109 feet (BBC did not state metric size - yeeeegads!) 384 cooling fans. The graphics are awesome and opens new artistic worlds for drama and rock productions. Enjoy!.... and you night owls don't even have to record it. :p |
