353000 2005-05-11 10:22:00 Every front desk cop I have talked to had the intelligence of an ape, that’s why they spend their careers being little more then a shop keeper, or if they are lucky get to hand out tickets to people with no seatbelts. Any that show better capabilities are moved onto the real work.


Not even going to touch your ignorance about the building trade, apprenticeships, hammer hands etc.

Though it might surprise you their is a massive shortage of all tradespeople in this country, that apprenticeships have nearly been wiped out across the board and its near impossible to even hire something like a truck driver. (And its a 3 year process to get a truck licence nowadays, massive shortage of skilled driver)

That doesn't change the basic truth, people who can do better don't stay in low end jobs, You won't see someone who can drive a truck laden with 80 ton driving a milk truck for $4 an hour.

You can put skilled people in a helpdesk job all you like, it will take them all of 5 minutes to start looking for a new job once they realise its to be a long term situation.
