| 353244 | 2005-05-08 05:16:00 | I have just bought a new computer with xp prof It also had norton anti this and that which I have deleted. It also had a games cahnnel which I have deleted. Trouble is, every ten minutes it opens up the window for the dial up connection to the internet. How can I find which programmme is doing this and stop it? many thanks Ojos |

| 353245 | 2005-05-08 05:22:00 | Run Internet Explorer . Then go to tools/internet tools/connections . See if the option under dialup is on never dial a connection . If it isnt change it to this . Then OK . |
