353995 2005-05-10 20:45:00 I have so far had no luck getting answers;
No one wants to know or confirm there is any problem.
For my self I can live with the "quirks" but for the longer
term would like to know.
Is it one problem or several separate ones.
Is it likely to last long
And most of all can we expect in the short term to get
back to where the system was a few months ago.
I have been a Paradise customer almost since its inception
and I do feel some loyalty but do not feel it is mutual.

over the last few days

"Anyone having paradise email problem"
17 with problems and some abandoning Paradise, which narked me.
I tried to get answers from paradise.
I have finally had an answer saying these problems have been around for
6 months and have been due in part to security measures taken by Paradise.
I have no problem with that and understand their situation but feel.
The ISP's that are going to be a survivors are the ones that tell their customers
the facts and do not "waffle about"
It is so easy to change "suppliers" (not only on the net) and after a while find
fault with the new one.The help desk is the front line for an ISP and if they
do not perform then the ISP will have problems keeping customers.
