The only "setting" to change what your viewing will be an applet in your task bar that is installed along with your drivers and keeps a tab on your connection speed,usually take the form of ayellow telephone.
Chances range from slim to nothing that this is the case (windows itself has no such setting to my knowledge), and that there is a setting to change, as I mentioned before this is usually come about from losing your modem drivers and having the wrong (but still working ) drivers loaded by Windows (or the user) |
