354011 2005-05-10 23:13:00 I have down loaded a program TWEAK XPbut it has gone into the CONTROL PANEL as a seperate identity and is not included in Add/Remove programs....Is it simply a matter of DRAG and DROP to put it in the add/Remove icon.......HELP and thanks in anticipation of a reply.... :) olldaddy78 (6546)
354012 2005-05-11 06:17:00 That program is supposed to be displayed in the Control Panel section as an icon, so that is normal. The free Microsoft Power Tools for XP (www.microsoft.com) does the same thing. Strange that it is not listed under Add/Remove which is what you would expect to happen. You cannot "Add" programs to the Add/Remove list manually (well at least not easily). If you have a look under Start > All Programs > and find the listing for Tweak XP you may find it has a uninstall option listed there instead. Jen (38)
