| 354506 | 2005-05-25 07:45:00 | I thought the reason for spending craploads on a brand name computer was the warenty, not quality. Take them back. Just a point - I've never seen on of those "brand" PCs have anything other than a 1 year warranty unless you pay them even more money. |

| 354508 | 2005-05-25 09:55:00 | Takahe1nz Assuming that it is a headphone socket and that the speakers are working well, if the sound is bad only on the headphones then I deduce a dirty socket caused by the fan blowing air out of the case and sucking dirt and dust into the socket, this happens all the time on my computer. |
