| 354374 | 2005-05-12 06:26:00 | Hi, I've just reformatted the harddrive and I'm able to re-install Win98SE using a bootup disk with generic CD-Rom drivers, and the win98 CD. The problem I have now is the DVDRom is unable to read any CD, even though BIOS has found the device. I've downloaded and installed the BTC driver, but it didn't fix the problem... Just wondering if anyone has experienced this before, and managed to fix it? Any help would be appreciated - thanks in advance! Regards, Michelle |
