| 355203 | 2005-05-14 23:58:00 | I spent a couple of hours yesterday helping a friend install broadband and setting up additional email "aliases" on his PC. Being a bit of a dummy, I needed to phone the Xtra Help Desk three times for advise and set up parameters. The response I got from them each time was nothing short of brilliant. A big bouquet and thanks to the guys who were manning the Help Desk last night :) :) :) |

| 355207 | 2005-05-15 02:03:00 | well its good to hear the nice stories insread of the usual bad ones, but i guess in a help forum you are only going to hear about the problems, and not the countless good help they get no complaints about. | plod (107) | ||
| 355208 | 2005-05-15 02:13:00 | Previously, I have always been a knocker of both Telecom and Xtra :( :( Yesterday I ate humble pie - 3 times!! :D All 3 calls were answered within 10 seconds. Full credit where credit is due, and I'm an Ihug user. |
