| 355185 | 2005-05-14 15:41:00 | Just recently my PC has started to come up with the followiung message "You (or a program) have requested information from {website name}. Which connection do you want to use? Connections: OCS Internet Connection N.B. The website address vaires, and this box comes up most frequently when I open WMP 10. I have done a bit of research into this, and when this notice comes up "rasautou.exe" comes into the processes in Windows Task Manager. I have run Ad-aware, Spybot, Norton and Microsoft Anti-Spyware without success. Any help? |

The following pages are for Win NT or 2000, but might apply for XP or others (not sure which version you're running). support.microsoft.com (support.microsoft.com) support.microsoft.com (support.microsoft.com) Or I just found this one for XP which might be more useful support.microsoft.com (support.microsoft.com) Mike. |

I believe they should be on manual, so have changed them and touch wood it seems to be ok now. Does this sound about right? Thanks Webby |
