As mentioned, the 8x AGP slot on the mobo is backwards compatible with a 4x AGP video card. If you are a gamer, then for the system you are getting you would really want a quality 8x AGP card. |

This is probably more power than I need now but I want something that will last a few months before being outdated. I just looked at my video through Everest and made note that I currently have AGP 2X. Will this work in a AGP 8X/4X? Also, do these CPU's come with heat sync and fan coolers or do I have to order one? |

Also, do these CPU's come with heat sync and fan coolers or do I have to order one? 1) No. Upgrade the graphics card too. 2) If it says Retail CPU, yes it does have heatsink and fan. Not many are OEM (Cpu on its own). |
