What version of IE are you using or other browers you have, what OS, do you have a firewall, do you have any antispyware programs already? :) If you don't have any antispware programs, then both Spybot Search & Destroy (www.safer-networking.org) and Adware SE (free Ed) (www.lavasoftusa.com) are really good. Download and update both via their inbuilt updaters, then run the programs. See if this removes your problems. |

You can get many different brands (so to speak) of web browsers, some which are more secure than the default Internet Explorer which comes with Windows. | 355366 | 2005-05-15 08:53:00 | this has all happened today. i just heaps of pop ups, and when i open explorer it goes to this -www.startsearches.net for the homepage. and when i try open different pages, that page just shows up all the time. i cant even access my hotmail email accounts. i am trying spybot right now tho |
