Can you use your computer without a keyboard and mouse with speech recognition? In theory yes you can - practical terms its a lot harder. Think of it as having to tell what ever you are wanting to do every step. When it first came out, after going through the rather lengthy "learning stage" shutting down was easy (kind of) if I wanted to Via voice commands. The commands are in bold (from memory in W7 - same as with the mouse) Start listening - (That wakes up voice control if its in its sleep mode) Start ( start Button activates) Shutdown Computer shuts down. NOWHERE as good as the computers in Star Trek :p |
