The reason I ask is that a) I almost never use my landline b) I have over 10 hours accumulated on my mobile plan with 2Degrees, which I also seldom use c) My current ADSL plan gives me 10 gigs per month; with Vodafone's Naked broadband I get an 80 gig allowance - way, way more than I need but still, nice to have just in case, d) the price of $55 per month is the same. And e) I get VDSL. So overall, a few positives and no negatives. |

Still, you'd go VDSL2 for the faster speeds so you'd hope they'd have their act together and stuff and not be oversubscribing the hell outta their international circuits... |
