| 1371950 | 2014-04-05 03:37:00 | My wife and I don't take liquid medication, but we have those pill dispensers from the $2 shop to cover 4 times a day medication. Wife takes hers 4 times a day and mine is twice a day. Lurking. |

It has also occurred to me that maybe all they need is an easy to set alarm clock that they can set for 4 hours later each time they take the medication. | Tony (4941)

This is more of a (hopefully temporary) thing while she gets over a cracked rib (osteoporosis). The problem is remembering to actually take it. |

The standard android clock has the ability to have multiple repeating alarms and is quite flexible. For example I have mine set to go off at 6.30am mon-fri and 9.00am sat sun (so I don't oversleep when I'm up late) and I also use it for one of reminders quite often. You can set it to be loud and insistent if you want to :) | dugimodo (138)

| 1371956 | 2014-04-05 19:38:00 | The thing is they are both totally tech-ignorant, to a degree you'd find hard to believe. So don't use technology at all. Get them the pill package thing from the chemist, where it has days/times on it. That way they can see if they have taken the last dose - or not. Set up an alarm clock. A real, actual alarm clock. Or have a relative or friend phone them at a certain time. |
