I am assuming it is in Wales and I *think* the second name is Tydfil but am not sure. Hopefully you will have some idea! Thanks! |

Foxy...nothing leaps into my mind but I will keep looking I read the name as David James, yes? What year are you talking about? There is a Merthyr Tydfil but cannot see the second word anyhere near. Do you have any more inf? PM it if it is sensitive. More writing would help to decipher it. PJ |

| 1372061 | 2014-04-06 11:01:00 | There is also a town called Merthyr Tydfil (which I visited many years ago on my OE, hence recalling the name). It might not be the tydfil you want, but I recall that this one was famous as an iron producer and was at one time the biggest source of iron in the world. It has long since ceased iron production.
