My graphic card is a disaster!!!Sis chipsets really suck and mine is 32mb!! Now can someone tell me which graphic card is the best to buy? I want a graphic card build for gaming and my pc is AMD Athlon 2600+ and the ram is 256mb which graphic card is the best to fit in my pc?Thanks for your help and suggestions. | Alexander (8133) | ||
| 356064 | 2005-05-17 20:37:00 | Which is the best? Purely a matter of opinion. Either brand will do. Overall one is as good as the other. In your case the first thing you should do is double your system ram. You wont play many games with only 256 megs. A mid range video card with 128 megs should fit in with the rest of your computer. I prefer the ATI card, because I have one. but I would be just as satisfied with the Nvidia one. I would suggest a Raedon 9800 pro. About $400. |

| 356070 | 2005-05-18 07:05:00 | I would suggest a Raedon 9800 pro. About $400. Both make good cards but if you are bying in the $400 range I would definitely go for a GeForce 6600 GT. Whips the pants off a 9800 pro and is cheaper. |
