| 356194 | 2005-05-18 10:02:00 | Depending on your modem/dialup settings it may give you the speed at which the modem is communicating with Windows it dosn't really count as that is a function of incorrect drivers. but some browsers are 'faster' than others right? not neccary due to downloading speed tho. its more to with the browser being able to render the page before its fully downloaded and/or which bits get requested first. |
