356703 2005-05-19 14:58:00 5 nice big juicey electrolytic caps have blown their asses out on my Wife's MSI K7T266 PRO MoBo,I am experienced in soldering(used to be radio/tv apprentice)anyone had to do this before(on any MoBo??)is it worth doing,or do I just ditch MoBo and start again??? :nerd: B B (6979)

356707 2005-05-20 03:43:00 Except that this is a known problem with electrolytic capacitors. I'd suspect that most MB faults are not due to components; rather problems with the inter-layer connections. Graham L (2)
