| 356607 | 2005-05-19 05:30:00 | I've now taken the plunge and bought an external Iomega multi-format CD/DVD burner. The next big decision is what makes of disks to use. There's a mindboggling variety available, any recommendations would be very welcome. Alternatively any pointers to website Best Buy lists. Tia Martynz |

| 356608 | 2005-05-19 05:52:00 | This question has been posed many times in the past so a quick forum search should yield some results, but briefly, you really need to find which brand works best in your burner - they seem to vary a lot and the cheapest are sometimes quite okay. But some single disks or small packets of various brands and be prepared to throw some away. Most of the modern burners seem to accept most brands (or no-brands) of medis, but some just don't seem to work on a particular burner. If you are intending printing the disks then the choice of printable media is somewhat limited but PBtech (pbtech.co.nz) have a good selection at reasonable prices. |
