| 357627 | 2005-05-23 02:00:00 | Hi all. Needing some help with a gif file. I've downloaded a file that's a map of the earth for flight simulator requirements. When I open the download (Gif) the picture is HUGE, I can change to Fill Screen, but then it's illegible, if I do Half Size I can read what's on the page, but can't scroll around. I can hold down the mouse button and move the border along at the top or bottom, and the same with the sides, but when I release the button it flicks back to where it started. Problem I have is I can see as far south as Italy, and as far north as Bali, but nothing in between! So....I'm guessing there 's a 'trick' to using gif files, or maybe I can convert it to something else? Do I need to download another application or summat to make it work? Appreciate any help you can give as this has me roo... stumped. Cheers Tim |
