| 357361 | 2005-05-22 04:44:00 | Hi People I run win 98se and since Ive installed msn messenger I am unable to remove any desktop icon. I get the message "cannot find the specified path" and the icons (any of them) cant be deleted. can any one tell me why? I looked in faqs but didnt see anything rgds Jazzbo |

| 357362 | 2005-05-22 07:59:00 | Not what you want to know but I find MSN Messenger nothing but a nuisance and have removed from lots of comps. But.... To the point. Right click on the icons and scroll down to properties see if you can filnd the file path. That is, where they are located, navigate there and delete. I'd reboot to make sure. Give it a go......m |
