| 357949 | 2005-05-24 05:27:00 | I've been doing some tweaking and have managed to somehow mess up my network. I suspect I've disabled a service I shouldn't have, but can't work out what. 3 PCs on the network with fixed IP addresses. I can ping both the other PCs and they can ping me, both by computer name and IP address. But this PC does not show up in network places on either of the other PCs or on this PC. This PC is not accessible from either of the other PCs. What have I cocked up this time? As usual, any or all suggestions are welcome (and yes, I know I'm a twit who should have kept a better record of what he was changing, but there you go...) |
