| 358164 | 2005-05-25 01:39:00 | Odd. Metla. I use Yahoo and get zero spam, zero intrusions, zero problems....m | mark c (247) | ||
| 358165 | 2005-05-25 01:47:00 | Yeah, I just hate Yahoo, Strikes me as Internet for housewives" which is probably insulting to housewives in general....muhahahahaha. (And I associate Yahoo with HP
ugh) I just dislike the intrusiveness of the Yahoo browser plugins, toolbars, extra buttons, messenger, active-x controls, Browser helper objects, advertising etc etc...I fail to see why all those configurations and installs are necessary for what is in essence a bloated search engine.... |

| 358166 | 2005-05-25 01:54:00 | Well all I use is the email facility. And I'm a lite user. An email a week from friend's and family. I'm not running a multinational with it. Suppose I'm a "net housewife" then. LOL..m | mark c (247) | ||

| 358168 | 2005-05-25 22:04:00 | Read this entire thread again. It's not clear what you are trying to do. You can't uninstall MSN Hotmal coz it's a website not a program on your comp. I'm inclined to go back to my first post and think it's some crudware you're talking about..........HTH | mark c (247) | ||
| 358169 | 2005-05-26 12:03:00 | Hi Mark C What do you mean by crudware ? Now, let me explain in this way so it may be easier to understand! I am using MSN HOTMAIL as my email address ( for years) to communicate with people or friend. One day it sudenly denied me to access my hotmail account.I was nott able to sign-in even use correct user name and password. So I thought if I can delete the MSN's setting in my computer then reinstall again that may solve the problem.( obviously that is not the case) That why I post this thread for help. Thank you. |

| 358171 | 2005-05-26 12:34:00 | I had tried the firefox browser to access hotmail but still can't sign-in.But it has no problem to sign-in if I use another computer. I am sure it must the setting went wrong in my computer. Anyway I had reinstalled the whole thing (o/s) and every thing goes well. No problem to sign-in any more. Thank you very much. |

Hotmail is just a website, Its no more installed on your system then this forum is. Seems your account went bung, thats to be expected with Hotmail, if you can't sign in then simply create a new one, someone probally hacked yours anyhow (lets hope they ain't sending porn to your rellies). Hotmail is MS at its very worst. |

| 358173 | 2005-05-26 21:10:00 | have you tried controlpanel/internet options/privacy/advanced........overridde automatic cookie handling and tick to accept all including session cookies........also make suree your system date is correct in the clock at the lower right of your screen.........both cookies and system date are VERY important for this issue if you have cookies disabled and/or date incorrect you WONT be able to access hotmail.........and nope hotmail has NO 'settings' or 'installation' in any way whatsoever on your pc...........nothing at all.....it's just a website that you visit but you MUST have cookies enabled as i have described and you MUST have the correct date on your pc....... | drcspy (146) | ||
