me again with more PHP problems

I need to mail out a confirmation email when an order is accepted, and it works, but the email address it sends from is not the one I specified orders@bobsbits but bob@ws1 . mydns . net,nz which I am guessing is the hosting server

please help as this is getting very frustrating
