358537 2005-05-26 00:58:00 how fragile are they?
i have one pluged into an old computer and the connector its plugged into is parallel to the mobo, and there are lots of connectors around it, which is preventing me from easily removing it.
i just dont want to tug it too hard by the cables and break it.

358538 2005-05-26 01:11:00 The cable should be restrained by the plug construction in many designs, which alleviates stresses on the actual compression terminations.

They still make them.

358540 2005-05-26 03:00:00 Impossible to advise, we cant see or feel it.

But usually "rocking" it end to end in a minute manner works.
