358835 2005-05-27 05:28:00 Hi all, I have linked my sky box to the computor and back to the TV so I can use the computor as a recorder. It all works fine but I use ulead video studeo to record and it seems a little over kill and slow to start for such a simple purpose. Does anyone know a simple programe that would do the job, maybe with 'timeslip'? TIA kiwibits (5574)

www.mainconcept.com

Around $50NZ and worth every cent

358839 2005-05-27 08:26:00 I use the application that came with my TV card, but i've heard good things about Showshifter (www.showshifter.com/) and PowerVCR (http:) .
Both have free trials, and both occasionally offer older versions free on Aussie PC mag discs.
