| 360320 | 2005-06-01 12:21:00 | Hi Does it matter if the graphics card is from a different brand.I saw Aopen GEforce 6800GT then saw BFG technologies GEFORCE 6800GT Does the brand matter much? |

| 360321 | 2005-06-01 12:39:00 | the the brand can make alot of difference, if you look at the prices they should also tell you which is better. Gigabyte make a good 6600GT Card.. i usually went for LeadTek G Cards, but since i had a really really bad experience with a Wellington supplier, i didnt touch them again. |

| 360322 | 2005-06-01 12:52:00 | but if its GEFORCE 6800GT.Don't all brands make the graphics card with the same specification? That's what I don't understand. There are so many brands and I don't even know which one is good or bad.I heard of gigabyte and Aopen,Asus only. The others I don't really know | Ninjabear (2948) | ||

Some have bigger and better cooling system, some have better memory chips which usually have higher ratings, some have better software and or game packages, some just come with card and cd driver only. Google is your friend. Try googling the cards you plan to buy and look for reviews and comparisons. |

Stick with the better brands. Had no experience at all with Aopen graphics cards but they make rubbish optical drives which I avoid like the plague. |
