361067 2005-06-04 00:04:00 I have a computer that I just installed a new motherboard, formatted the hard drive, 2 partitions, installed WinXp Home.
The computer operated fine - for a couple of weeks.
Then it wouldn't boot.
I tested the hard drive with Seagate Diagnostics and it shows the hard drive physically is ok.
But the File Stucture Test shows both partitions have "Failed with the critical errors"
Why would this have happened so soon?
Do I have to reformat the hard drive? (Obvious question but I thought I'd ask)
