| 360909 | 2005-06-03 08:54:00 | If a device is listed as unavailable under the status column of your network settings, or under the Device Manager List this usually imples that the modem is not correctly configured, or the installation of the modem was corrupted. You could try removing the modem via Safe Mode, and then allowing your pc to redetect it on your next boot up. Then reinstall it. Regards, Timothy |
