| 360624 | 2005-06-12 00:22:00 | Damn it didn't even occur to me that there might be non/OS software on the install disk, Thanks I now have apple works 6 installed and working One other thing I purchased this machine secondhand but when i go to install games off the MacOS install disk (version 9.03) I get an error message saying sorry but this OEM version of Bugdom is not licensed for this machine, please purchase your own copy The same happens for the other game "Nanosaur" But if I install Nanosaur off the original os8.5 disks it installs and works The disks I have, are I assume the ones used to install the OS, and it was freshly installed when I purchased it, so why would this happen I have two red disks (8.5) imac software install & software restore And two white disks (9.03) imac software install & software restore Thank all Nigel |

| 360625 | 2005-06-12 02:16:00 | You might be out of luck there. The OS 9 disk may not be the original for that machine. The OS might install fine but the Bugdom OEM does not like it. |
