How do I uninstall win98 without reformatting the drive, I have read how to do this in PC world but can't find the article. |

Hi thomas , do you mean re-install ?
Or are you putting on a new OS [ operating system ] or upgrading from 98se to something else ? A new partition ? What's happened to want you to uninstall 98se ? In short there's no "add / remove " option for the OS , however you can install Windows over itself , then do all the updates etc ... :) |

if you uninstalled 98 without formatting that drive it wouldn't really make sense you may as well format cause when you remove 98 you got damn all left on the drive of any use anyway ....... |
