| 361558 | 2005-06-06 00:27:00 | I've downloaded a 15mB file "drivercounter.cfm" in yet another attempt to get my Acer Prisa 310S scanner working. First I searched Press F1 for "cfm" & etc. before posting this. No results. Also have posted before on the subject of trying to kick this thing into life. How does one install this? It isn't an exe or a zip file. Is it similar to an *.inf file whereby it could be recognised by the hardware utilities in the O/S (Win 98). I have tried to re-name it to an *inf and then to an *.exe (from the original after taking copies) but to no avail. It was installed from Benq (www.benq.us) It was taken from the top panel, as one taken from the second panel earlier did not work. Any help would be appeciated. |
