| 361321 | 2005-06-05 04:35:00 | I need some help please.I have an ATI Radeon 7000 pci video card with 64Mb ddr . I am trying to install it into a compac mini tower which is 2\3 years old.It is a 1.5 Ghz P4 with 256Mb ram.I have win 2000 to service pack 4. I have downloaded what I thought was the right driver from the ati site but I get a this driver is not compatibile message when loading it,also get a NvCpl.dll message on bootup but guess this is just cause the original video card software made still be there so it defaults to the 16 colour one. Is there any where else I could try for drivers? |

And if there's a folder called Nvidia in C: delete it after u uninstall it. Then reboot and then reinstall those ATI drivers. See if it works. If u have ccleaner, - http://www.ccleaner.com. Run it then tools/startup programs tab, and delete any entries relating to the Nvidia drivers. |
