We have lots of dells(~1500) at my other work, and have had no end of Hdd issues, mostly Maxtor Drives just plain die-ing, ~5 a week, so a Hdd dead on a dell would not surprise me at all. :badpc: If it just plain gave you the "Primary Hdd0 not found", I would suspect that the Hdd is plain old dead. Grab the dell Diagnostics CD that came with the PC and biff it in and see what it says, they're normally pretty accurate with diagnosing whats gone wrong. Thax! i'll try to get some more information.
