1386369 2014-10-17 06:30:00 We currently have Snap UFB which comes with a Snap number VOIP might be. Currently a single telephone cable from the living room phone jack is plugged into the router so the other phones in the house can ring ... Should we move to a Naked Fiber plan and go with a company like 2Talk. Physically is the setup the same? Do we just change the settings in the router or do we need different hardware etc? If we do it might be simply to just pay more for a Fiber plan with a included local phone number.

Thanks.

1386370 2014-10-18 06:25:00 Is there a reason you don't like your current phone arrangement or are you hoping to save by changing to a naked + separate voip account ? You can get a free 028 number by signing up to 2talk (no financial obligations). This would allow you to test your router (voip part) for compatibility with 2talk. I certainly recommend 2talk for its features and flexibility. wuppo (41)
