1386243 2014-10-13 21:13:00 Him
I have completed our move into a resthome and find my BB speed on standard copper line has jumped from 12 to 14mb/s to 46 mb/S-- even the xtra techs were astounded---- ironically I have less use of this speed than I did

Question:
Somehow the directed location of any download has disappeared and a ccleaner update landed on my harddrive-- not "save to downloads"

Can anybody tell my receeding brain what has gone wrong please- I know it is staring at me but remember I have to justify my being in a resthome :devil

1386244 2014-10-13 21:28:00 So first do a search for your downloads folder.. Webdevguy (17166)
1386245 2014-10-14 00:05:00 What browser do you use? Are you talking about files downloading from a browser or have you lost the actually downloads folder?? dpDesignz (15919)

So re-create the location in your browser.

Settings - Downloads, then browse to where it used to go.

1386247 2014-10-14 02:04:00 Hi all,

Thanks for a start-- but I stilll have "my downloads folder" but appear to have lost the "save to" notice which includes the words "auto save to downloads"-- other than this why did the apps go onto the h/d and not autumatically into :downloads?
