| 1372831 | 2014-04-16 02:12:00 | Their customer service is obviously **** then, because they should be able to factor that sort of thing into their operation. They should have minimal down time. First you get the new server up and running and tested then you migrate stuff on to it, ideally over a weekend starting late Friday night and finishing late Sunday. If they were a corporate business their customers and staff would be ringing up the help desk bitching. |

They bought the servers too, they weren't the best.....about time they did change it. Your server: ns2.flexihost.co.nz. I also googled mairehauparish and still got an error page c/o cPanel tried that link a few minutes after it was posted here and it woks perfectly, just tried now and its still working perfectly. personally with web drive, apart from once when they had a bit of a email problem (which was sorted within a very short time) the hosting has been 100% perfect. |

| 1372838 | 2014-04-16 08:50:00 | Not working now, but was earlier. Webdrive brought flexihost back in July 2012, who ever runs takes care of the site may need to call webdrive and get it sorted. The site reply's a ping test. |
