| 362787 | 2005-06-10 14:18:00 | Running Windows XP. Suddenly the sound (both loudspeakers/headset and microphone has stopped working. Have done all the usual things - volume control, advanced audio in control panel. Any suggestions? |

| 362788 | 2005-06-10 16:17:00 | Check your device manager to see if there is a conflict. Reinstall your sound drivers. Off chance; your loud speakers/headset may have both given up the ghost. Are they pluged into the correct socket, have you tried wiggling it a little, or pulling it out a few mm. |
