362426	2005-06-09 11:23:00	Just want to know if there is any way of finding out what programs are using the internet connection. Even when I am not using the internet there are still alot of bytes been sent and recieved, and when I do use the internet it is quite slow because of this. I am on a 56k modem. Have run Adaware and Spybot search and destroy. Would appreciate any help.	Ollie123 (4243)

(no guarantee about the sneaks) I have used it for five years and found it very helpfull. But do read the tutorials.	mark c (247)
362429	2005-06-09 16:16:00	Using the windows command prompt, one can use the netstat command to determine which ports are open and being used. Simply type in netstat from the command prompt, and a list of established, waiting, and listening ports will be displayed. Then you can interpret this and find out if any bad things are using your internet. It is a good idea to use the command "netstat -a" to determine all of the ports in use.	roddy_boy (4115)
