| 363012 | 2005-06-11 04:18:00 | Could someone tell me how, in Outlook 2003 under XP, I could change the display of Plain Text format mail into a readable font? Right now, it's almost unbearable to read (Screenshot (img300.echo.cx) ) Settings: - Not set to 'read all standard mail in plain text' - Set to 'compose in this message format in plain text' - In 'International Options', I have set to use English for message flags and message headers on replies and forward and in the 'encoding options', its on auto select and the 'preferred encoding' is in 'Western European (Windows)' |

| 363013 | 2005-06-11 08:22:00 | Choose Tools | Options, and switch to the Mail Format tab. Make sure the Use Microsoft Word to edit e-mail messages box is not checked. Click the Fonts button. On the Fonts dialog, make your selection with the Choose Font button under When composing and reading plain text. Click OK until you return to the main Outlook window. Regards, Timothy |
